I'm a self proclaimed donuts aficionado and these are SERIOUSLY some of the best donuts in town... So fluffy. Doesn't skimp on the chocolate or other ingredients. So good. I mean, come on... How many places do you see have a full 5 star rating with this amount of reviews for cryin out loud!! Well earned Mouy (owner) is super nice and always friendly.
We Went early at like 5am and let me tell you this was the best donuts i have ever had. All of our donuts were warm and delicious!! hands down best donut place!
We just happened to be in the area and stopped by for coffee and pastry. We were surprised with the variety of freshly pastries, their beauties, good tastes and the high quality of the coffee. Such small Kampuchean's family managed shop is so friendly and comfortable to any kind of customers of all ages. There are outside/inside sits available. Conveniently located in the mall it's attractive to people and well maintained. The staff is friendly and respectful to the customer's needs. We recommend to come, taste and enjoy that high quality food and service. Good success to the shop and its staff. Five stars from my spouse and me. Nad
They make the best old-school doughnuts you'll find. Cinnamon rolls are also excellent and huge. Simple little shop with fast service. The hard part is deciding what to get -- everything is great. That can slow the line down a little!
OH MY GAWD!!! The absolute best donuts in all Sac and maybe even in northern California... Donut Spot donuts are so fresh, it leaves oil stains on the bag. I'm a fan of a good maple. Bar, simple... but they have the best!!! They are so fluffy and the maple is perfect, not to strong, not to weak, sometimes they'll be grainy from the sugar. But these maple bars are glossy and glazed perfectly! PS the girls that work there are so nice, they work hard, and they are all soo beautiful. This is the place to go!!!

Wow, this place is really really good! I don't eat donuts that often, but from time to time they're a nice post-workout treat. So I usually just go to the closest place and they are very good, but today they were out of just about everything so I tried something new. I should've checked the reviews online because apparently this is not a hidden gem, I just didn't notice it - even though I go to this shopping center regularly. Great customer service, delicious and super fresh donuts, and a fantastic selection for a late donut run (I got there at noon). I will absolutely be going back to this place. They even threw in five extra donuts to my already considerable haul!
